Who is who, and the signature block. The two sides are named at the top of the document and repeated above each signature. For the AI Addendum / SaaS docs they are Provider (the party offering the product/service) and Customer (the party receiving it); other templates use Party 1 / Party 2 or Disclosing / Receiving Party . In each signature block: Signature is where you draw or type your mark, Print Name is your full name spelled out, Title is your role (e.g. “Director”, or “Individual” if you’re signing for yourself), and Date is the day you sign.
What “signed & sealed” means is explained on the Electronic Signing Certificate itself, once both parties sign. Not legal advice — see Terms .
